All orders are processed within 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Estimated Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Carrier delays.
- Severe weather conditions.
- Public holidays.
- High seasonal shipping volumes.
- Unexpected transportation or logistics disruptions.
3. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. When available, the email will include your tracking number and a tracking link.
4. Delivery Address
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Sarnix is not responsible for shipping delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.
5. Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
7. Shipping Restrictions
